Two weeks ago we ended up having guests for lunch and dinner on the same day. I decided to make a traditional lunch and settled for chapathis and two curries for the night. Dessert was common for day - pineapple kesari. I have made kesari many a times, but not this one. As I started gathering ingredients for the kesari, I couldn't find the yellow food color..which I knew was there somewhere in my kitchen..I looked for it everywhere..but in vain..finally I found a different colour..orange...and decided to use it...look below for the result
On another day, I made pizza (from scratch) for our evening snack. The recipe is from Tarla Dalal's website and is simply delicious.
